Shipping & Returns
Returns for a full refund will be accepted for 2 weeks past date of delivery/pick-up. Exchanges & Returns for store credit will only be accepted for 60 days past date of delivery/pick-up.
Any return or exchange must have the original packaging/tags attached, receipt & must be in salable condition.
TIGHTS MUST NOT BE OPENED.
Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment. Debit refunds require the exact same card to be present for refund.
Consignment shoes, clearance items, rac n rolls, dream duffles, hair pieces, wigs, make-up, masks and special orders are final sale and are non-returnable.
If you are from out of the city you are more than welcome to ship it back or bring it in next time you are in within the return window.

In store pick up orders are typically ready to pick up within 2 business days, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.
